This Usage Policy outlines the standards for using our SDK and related Services. By integrating or accessing the SDK, you agree to comply with this Policy and ensure your end users do the same.
1. Lawful and Responsible Use
You may use the SDK only for lawful and authorized purposes. You must not use the SDK or allow others to use it:
In violation of any law, regulation, or court order;
For any fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious purpose;
To harm, harass, threaten, or defame individuals or groups;
To distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content;
To interfere with or disrupt the integrity or security of the Services;
To reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data without authorization;
In connection with illegal or harmful industries (including gambling, weapons, cybercrime, adult content, or surveillance);
To influence elections or political campaigns.
2. Business Client Responsibilities
If you are a business client integrating the SDK into your application or service, you are responsible for:
Ensuring compliance with this Policy and all applicable laws;
Managing and monitoring your end users’ activity;
Protecting personal data and maintaining appropriate security measures;
Preventing unauthorized access, misuse, or content violations; and
Promptly notifying us of any misuse, data breach, or violation.
You are fully liable for your end users’ actions when they access or use the SDK through your integration.
3. Prohibited Content
You and your end users must not upload, generate, or share content that:
Is illegal, hateful, harassing, or violent;
Promotes discrimination or self-harm;
Infringes intellectual property or confidentiality rights;
Contains false or misleading information;
Includes personal, health, or political data without consent; or
Contains spam, viruses, or other malicious materials.
4. Enforcement
We may monitor, restrict, suspend, or terminate SDK access if we believe there is a violation of this Policy. You agree to cooperate with any investigation into potential misuse.
