Welcome to ANICHAT!
We’re excited to have you here. ANICHAT is a space for creativity, fun, and thoughtful conversations with AI characters. To make your experience safe, enjoyable, and productive, please follow these simple guidelines.
By using ANICHAT, you agree to these guidelines, which are part of our Terms of Use.
Age Requirements
Be your best: Use ANICHAT if you meet the minimum age requirement ( 13+, or 16+ in EEA/UK). If you’re under 18, get permission from a parent or guardian before using ANICHAT.
Do not: Use ANICHAT if you are underage or misrepresent your age.
Protect Minors
We are committed to upholding the highest standards of safety and responsibility regarding content involving minors. Help us maintain a secure and respectful environment by following these guidelines:
Be Your Best: Support a culture of safety and responsibility by respecting the rights and dignity of all individuals, especially minors. Encourage positive, lawful, and respectful use of ANICHAT.
Use It Right: Use the ANICHAT for appropriate, legal, and constructive purposes. Immediately report any content or behavior that could put minors at risk or that involves minors in any inappropriate context.
Do Not: Share, request, or discuss any sexual, suggestive, or explicit content involving minors—such content is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Post, promote, or encourage any content depicting minors in unsafe, risky, or harmful situations. Engage in or support any form of bullying, harassment, or negative behavior involving minors.
Chat Safely
Be your best: Treat the chatbot character as you would any helpful assistant. Use kind, respectful language and enjoy positive, thoughtful conversations.
Do not: Use offensive, hateful, or threatening language, or try to provoke negative responses
Protect Privacy
Be your best: Protect your privacy—avoid sharing your own or others’ personal information.
Do not: Ask the chatbot character for private data of others, or share sensitive information in your chats with character.
Use ANICHAT Responsibly
Use it right: Remember, the chatbot character is an artificial intelligence, not a human being. It does not have feelings, consciousness, or personal opinions. Balance your online and offline life. Set limits on your ANICHAT usage time to maintain a healthy routine and focus on real-world relationships and activities.
Be your best: Pay attention to your own emotional state and well-being during your interactions. If a conversation makes you uncomfortable or upset, take a break or talk to someone you trust. Use the ANICHAT as a helpful tool, but be aware that it may not always provide perfectly accurate or up-to-date information. Double-check important facts from reliable sources.
ANICHAT does not provide health advice or emotional support and is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you or someone you know is struggling with thoughts of suicide or self-harm, please contact a mental health professional or a crisis helpline immediately.
Follow Law and Safety Rules
Be your best: Use the ANICHAT for legal, safe, and constructive purposes. Ask questions, seek information, and explore ideas that encourage learning, spark creativity, and expand your general knowledge.
Do not: Discuss or promote illegal activities, violence, self-harm, or unsafe behaviors. Don’t impersonate others or pretend to be someone you’re not. Hack, overload, or misuse the ANICHAT with bots, scripts, or automated tools. Do not ask for professional expert advice (such as medical, legal, or financial advice), as ANICHAT is not a substitute for qualified experts.
Share Content wisely
Be your best: Share only content you have the right to use. Ask the chatbot character for information, ideas, or help, but keep your questions and requests appropriate.
Do not: Share explicit, graphic, or adult content, or use the chatbot character to spread false or misleading information.
